Het KERN Telsysteem CCS 1T-1U is een professionele oplossing voor nauwkeurig en efficiënt tellen van goederen, of u nu kleine componenten of zware ladingen moet verwerken. Door een nauwkeurige referentieweegschaal te combineren met een sterke U-vormige weegbrug, vervangt het meerdere weegschalen tegelijk en zorgt het voor snellere, betrouwbaardere resultaten bij inventarisatie en productiecontrole.
De kern van het systeem is de KERN CFS 6K0.1 referentieweegschaal, die ook onafhankelijk kan functioneren. Deze precisieweegschaal is eenvoudig te bedienen met het numerieke toetsenbord, waarmee gebruikers referentiehoeveelheden, bekende referentiegewichten of streefwaarden kunnen invoeren. Voor de duidelijkheid gebruikt het systeem drie afzonderlijke displays om het totale gewicht, het referentiegewicht en het totale aantal stuks weer te geven. Een geheugen (PLU) kan tot 100 items opslaan, inclusief tarra-gewichten, referentiegewichten en aanvullende tekst.
De CCS 1T-1U ondersteunt ook een vul-naar-doel-functie. Zodra het geprogrammeerde gewicht of aantal is bereikt, geeft het een signaal met zowel licht als geluid. Tijdens gebruik wordt het referentiegewicht automatisch geoptimaliseerd, waardoor de nauwkeurigheid van het gemiddelde stukgewicht toeneemt naarmate het tellen voortduurt. Een beschermhoes voor het display wordt meegeleverd.
