De CCS 600K-2U is een compacte maar krachtige oplossing voor het uiterst nauwkeurig tellen van artikelen in industriële omgevingen. Door een nauwkeurige referentieschaal te combineren met een robuuste U-vormige kwantiteitsschaal, vervangt het de noodzaak van meerdere balansen en biedt het snelheid, efficiëntie en betrouwbare resultaten in voorraadbeheer en productiecontrole.
De kern van het systeem is de KERN CFS 3K-5 referentieschaal, die ook als stand-alone eenheid kan worden gebruikt. Deze professionele weegschaal is ontworpen om te voldoen aan de hoogste nauwkeurigheidsnormen en is eenvoudig te programmeren met behulp van het numerieke toetsenbord. Operators kunnen de vereiste referentiehoeveelheden, bekende referentiegewichten of streefwaarden voor gewicht of aantal stuks invoeren. Het systeem toont het totale gewicht, het referentiegewicht en het totale aantal stuks op drie afzonderlijke schermen voor maximale duidelijkheid. Het LCD-display heeft een cijferhoogte van 20 mm en wordt via een 5 m lange kabel aangesloten.
