Are all your products brand new?

Yes. All products are 100% brand new, shipped in original manufacturer packaging, and include the official warranty.

Do your products have CE certification?

Yes. All medical and laboratory equipment is CE certified and meets EU regulations. Manuals and certificates are on our Downloads page.

Where do you ship?

We ship across the European Union. Shipping is free for EU orders unless stated otherwise.

How long does delivery take?

Standard products: 5-10 business days. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.

Do you offer installation?

We do not offer installation or technical service for any of the products we sell, but we’re always here to help with product questions, user manuals, or warranty info.

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days if unused and in original condition. See our Returns Policy.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes. Prices include EU VAT (21%).
