Class B autoclave with 12 Liter chamber capacity. This autoclave is equipped with all components and functions of 18 and 24 liter autoclaves, but with a reduced external dimensions. MAIN FUNCTIONS:
LCD DISPLAY
The multilingual display shows a real-time graph of the cycle in use and provides the operator with instant data on pressure, temperature inside the chamber, and the current function. The screen also shows warning and error messages, supported by an audible alarm.
STAND-BY
With the Stand-by function, the sterilization chamber stays heated. This removes the need for a new heating cycle, saving about 10–15 minutes on the next sterilization and preventing humidity build-up during overnight cycles.
DRYING
With the Phoenix Blu autoclave, you decide how long each cycle lasts. No more fixed settings choose your drying time freely for every cycle (1, 5, or 10 minutes).
12 STERILIZATION CYCLES
The unit offers 4 sterilization cycles at 134 °C or 121 °C in Class B. With the DRY button, you can set drying time (1, 5, or 10 minutes), giving you a total of up to 12 sterilization cycle combinations.

The USB version includes a built-in USB port. Just insert the included USB stick to automatically save and archive sterilization data. This helps reduce paper use and supports eco-friendly practices.
The PRINTER version includes both a USB port and a built-in thermal printer. It automatically prints sterilization records for filing and proof of completed cycles.
ULTRA-RAPID STEAM GENERATOR
Phoenix Blu is equipped with a next-generation external steam generator. This ULTRA-RAPID generator speeds up chamber filling and transforms water into steam quickly. This helps prevent limescale buildup. The integrated cleaning cycle removes impurities, extending the life of the generator.

DOUBLE-HEAD VACUUM PUMP
The vacuum pump is one of the most important parts of any autoclave. It powers the vacuum stage essential for Class B sterilization. Phoenix Blu uses only high-efficiency, double-head pumps with three fractionated vacuum phases for maximum performance.
INDEPENDENT AND INSPECTABLE TANKS
Two separate tanks for distilled water and used water are located under the top cover and are easy to access by removing simple screws. This allows fast and easy maintenance. The autoclave is also equipped with a water quality control system that checks the conductivity of distilled water and displays an error if it exceeds 15 μS.
ADVANCED WATER SYSTEM
The autoclave includes two condensers:

One recondenses steam into water

The other separates water from air
This is a key feature. It prevents steam or corrosive liquids from entering the internal pipes, helping avoid damage to critical parts like the vacuum pump.
RAPID WATER HANDLING
All Phoenix Blu autoclaves come with a quick-coupling system for water loading and unloading, located at the front for fast, easy operation. Rear exhaust options are available upon request and come standard on some models.
