It combines the KERN CKE counting balance with EasyTouch SET-52 Inventory software, creating a system that removes the need for manual counting lists and prevents mistakes that often happen during stocktaking.

Using the system is straightforward. Items can be transferred from your ERP system into EasyTouch, including details such as item number, tare weight, and piece weight. Items can also be organised into groups or teams. During stocktake, each team member simply scans the barcode, places the goods on the balance, and the system automatically calculates the number of pieces based on the weight. This eliminates confusion, reduces human error, and ensures reliable results every time.

The biggest advantage of this solution is centralisation. All results from individual team members are collected into a central EasyTouch database. These results can then be uploaded directly into the ERP system, making the stocktake process seamless from start to finish. The result is faster inventory checks, less staff required, and a significant reduction in errors.

The complete bundle includes the KERN CKE 3600-2 counting balance, EasyTouch SET-01 Base software, EasyTouch SET-52 Inventory software, and the KERN KUP-03 USB interface adapter. Together, they provide a full package for modern inventory management.

The balance itself offers a weighing capacity of 3.6 kg with a very fine readability of 10 mg. It has reproducibility of 10 mg and linearity of ±50 mg, ensuring consistent precision. Results stabilise within about 3 seconds. The weighing surface measures 130 × 130 mm, making it suitable for small items and components. The compact housing measures 163 × 245 × 65 mm, and the balance has a net weight of only 1.6 kg, making it lightweight and easy to move.

Adjustment is performed using an external weight, with 2 kg F1 recommended. The balance operates in ambient temperatures from -10 °C to +40 °C, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of environments.

In some cases, especially for large or technical equipment, we may ask you to ship directly to the manufacturer’s warehouse. Our customer service team will confirm the correct return location with you by email before you send back the product.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us atsales@zentra-eu.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund.

Damages

If the product is damaged, you must make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@zentra-eu.com the day of delivery.

Zentra will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost. 

Remember to keep all the original packaging for any items that need to be returned. All returns need to be authorized by our customer service department prior to being processed. 

We will ensure you get the product you ordered, undamaged, as soon as possible. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under warranty.
