The reference scale KERN EWJ provides fine accuracy and can also be used as a stand-alone balance. It features automatic internal adjustment every two hours, ensuring stable results regardless of temperature changes or location. This means operators can rely on consistently high accuracy without having to manually recalibrate. A draught shield is included as standard, with a weighing space of 134 × 128 × 80 mm, making it ideal for precise measurements of small parts. A protective working cover is also supplied.
The quantity scale KERN IFS brings industrial strength to the system. Built to withstand tough working environments, it comes with an ergonomic display device featuring a large keypad and high-contrast screen for easy operation. The display shows weight, reference weight, and total number of pieces simultaneously, ensuring clarity during counting. The IFS scale also offers 100 memory slots for storing master data, including reference weights, tare values, and container weights.
The CCA 100K-5M includes a manual reference weight optimisation feature, which refines the accuracy of the average piece weight during the counting process. A fill-to-target function with totalising capability makes it suitable for packaging and order picking. Printouts with date and time can be generated, supporting quality control and documentation.
This system supports a maximum capacity of 60 kg or 150 kg on the quantity scale, while the reference scale offers fine readability down to 10 mg. The minimum piece weight under normal conditions is just 200 mg. Linearity is 30 mg on the reference scale, with 0.02 kg or 0.05 kg on the quantity scale.

Damages
