The OBN 142 fluorescence microscope is built on the proven OBN series platform, known for reliability and versatility. It features a 3 W LED transmitted illumination and a 5 W LED epifluorescence incident illumination unit, making it suitable for demanding fluorescence applications. The system includes a professional Koehler illumination setup with an adjustable field diaphragm and a height-adjustable Abbe condenser (1.25 N.A.) that can be centered and fitted with an adjustable aperture diaphragm.
The large mechanical stage with ergonomic coaxial coarse and fine focus knobs ensures fast and accurate sample adjustment. A filter wheel with up to six slots is supplied with standard B, G, UV, and V fluorescence filters, covering the most common fluorescence applications.
The ODC 251 tablet camera integrates a 10.5" HD touchscreen with an 8 MP CMOS sensor. It supports live image viewing, 4K video recording, and documentation. Measurement tools such as distance and surface calculations are included. Images and videos can be stored on USB or SD card, or displayed on an external screen via HDMI.
