The OZM 544C832 is a stereo zoom microscope set with an integrated C-mount camera, providing both optical and digital observation in one system. It combines the proven OZM 544 microscope with the ODC 832 camera, creating a flexible setup for inspection, documentation, and analysis.
The microscope is built on the OZM-5 series, known for strong optics, ergonomic handling, and stable design. The trinocular head with 10x eyepieces offers a wide 23 mm field of view, while the Greenough optical system ensures sharp, colour-true images with high contrast. The zoom objective provides a continuous magnification range from 0.7x to 4.5x, covering 7x to 45x total magnification.
Illumination is handled by two integrated 3 W LED units for both transmitted and incident light. The lighting is continuously dimmable, giving precise control for different sample types. With a working distance of 110 mm and a maximum sample height of 130 mm, the OZM 544C832 allows comfortable observation of both small and larger samples.
The ODC 832 camera is equipped with a CMOS sensor delivering 5.1 MP resolution. It connects via USB 3.0, ensuring fast image transfer and smooth live viewing. With frame rates from 14.2 fps up to 101.2 fps, it is well suited even for demanding applications such as darkfield, phase contrast, and fluorescence. The camera is powered directly through the USB connection and comes with KERN Microscope VIS Basic software, a calibration micrometer, adapters, and a 2 m USB cable.
