It allows you to weigh items directly during production or transport, without the need to unload them. This helps save time and ensures the weighing process fits smoothly into daily workflows.
The weighing bridge is built from strong anti-slip corrugated steel, giving both stability and safety when moving heavy carts across the platform. Four silicone coated steel load cells are built into the bridge. These are highly durable and sealed to IP67 standards, offering excellent protection against dust and water spray, which makes the scale suitable for demanding environments.
The display device, from the KERN KFC series, provides a clear LCD with large 48 mm digits that are easy to read at a glance. The display is connected by a 5 m cable, giving flexibility in positioning. To protect the device during daily use, a working cover is included with delivery.
This model is part of the KERN IoT line, making it network-ready and simple to connect into digital workflows. It supports Industry 4.0 standards through the KERN Universal Port (KUP). You can use one interface directly on the housing, or extend it with up to three parallel interfaces using the KUP extension box. A real time clock is included as standard, which logs weighing results with exact time data. Even if there is a power cut, the clock maintains the correct time, ensuring accurate records.
