The weighing bridge is made from anti-slip corrugated steel to ensure safe handling. It has four steel load cells that are coated with silicone and protected against dust and water spray to IP67. The display unit, part of the KERN KFC series, provides a clear LCD readout with large 48 mm digits.
As part of the KERN IoT line, this model supports Industry 4.0 functions. Data and commands can be shared through the KERN Universal Port (KUP) using one interface on the housing, or through up to three parallel interfaces with the KUP extension box. A real-time clock is included as standard, so weighing results can be logged with exact time information. Even after a power interruption, the balance keeps the correct time.
The NFC 600K-1LM has a weighing capacity of 600 kg with a readability of 0.2 kg. The minimum weight is 4 kg, reproducibility is 0.2 kg, and linearity is ±0.6 kg. For piece counting, the smallest piece weight under normal conditions is 2 kg. It supports units in kilograms, grams, ffa, PCS, and percentage.
