The NFC 600K-1M is built for fast and accurate weighing of mobile loads such as wire cage trolleys, shelf trolleys, pallet trucks, containers, or refuse bins. Instead of unloading goods before weighing, the scale lets you check the weight directly in the workflow. This saves time and makes it easier to keep weighing fully integrated into daily processes.
The weighing bridge is made from strong, anti-slip corrugated steel, which ensures safe handling even when heavy carts are being rolled across. It uses four steel load cells that are coated with silicone for extra protection. These load cells are sealed to IP67, which means they are well protected against dust and water spray, ensuring long service life even in challenging working environments.
The display device, part of the KERN KFC series, provides a clear LCD readout with large 48 mm digits that are easy to read, even from a distance. The display connects via a 5 m cable, which gives flexibility in positioning. A protective working cover is included in the delivery to keep the device safe during daily use.
This model is part of the KERN IoT line and supports Industry 4.0 functions. It uses the KERN Universal Port (KUP), which allows data and control commands to be exchanged easily. One interface can be connected directly to the housing, or up to three parallel interfaces can be added using the KUP extension box. The balance also comes with a real-time clock as standard. This feature lets you log weighing results with exact time information. Even if there is a power cut, the clock keeps the correct time, so your records remain accurate.
The NFC 600K-1M has a maximum weighing capacity of 600 kg, with a readability of 0.2 kg and a minimum weight of 4 kg. Reproducibility is 0.2 kg, and linearity is ±0.4 kg.
