KERN TVS 10KN100
The TVS 10KN100 is a high-precision motorised test stand designed for tensile and compression force measurements. With its stable two column design and advanced stepper motor drive, it provides the accuracy, repeatability, and flexibility required in both laboratory and industrial applications.
The stepper motor ensures smooth and controlled movement across the full load range. It maintains constant speed from the smallest load to the maximum force capacity, even during long tests. Thanks to its precision motor control, the TVS 10KN100 allows testing at very low speeds with full load, ensures exact positioning, and offers precise stopping without overrun. Users can easily set and monitor displacement speeds via the integrated display, enabling reliable and repeatable test conditions.
The stand is equipped with electronic end switches to protect against overtravel, keeping both operator and device safe. Its long guide columns create a large working area, allowing different samples to be tested with ease. This flexible design also makes it possible to mount a wide variety of KERN SAUTER force measuring devices, such as the FC, FH, FK, and FL series. External load cells from 1000 N upwards can be mounted directly on the traverse, while FH devices with external load cells can be mounted with an optional holder.
As standard, the TVS 10KN100 comes with the SAUTER LA length measuring device. This unit allows users to read travel distances with a fine resolution of 0.01 mm, ensuring precise monitoring of displacement during testing. For advanced force-displacement testing, the optional LD length measuring device together with AFH software can be ordered, enabling detailed diagram recording on a PC.
