A specially developed algorithm enables a dynamic range of more than 122 dB, making it suitable for both very quiet and extremely loud sound levels. Users can run three measurement profiles and calculate up to 14 user defined parameters in parallel, with flexible options for frequency and time weighting.
The device provides multiple analysis tools, including LN statistics, peak hold, and a track function that displays sound progression graphically. It supports frequency filters A, B, C, and Z, and offers time weighting modes F (fast), S (slow), and I (pulse). With an integral measurement interval of up to 24 hours and an optional 1/3 octave analysis upgrade, it is well equipped for detailed long-term studies.
